The Shamrocks then regained their momentum with wins against St. Francis and St. Mary's, demonstrating their ability to bounce back and maintain a winning mentality.

Next, they traveled to Wayne State University to take on the De La Salle Pilots in a low-scoring game, where the Pilots edged out the Shamrocks with a final score of 7-14. Despite the loss, the Shamrocks' commitment to their season goals remained unwavering.

One of the highlights of the season was the Boys' Bowl victory against their rivals, Brother Rice. In a dominant fashion, the Shamrocks secured a resounding 41-0 shutout victory.

The Shamrocks continued their winning streak with victories against St. John's Jesuit, Cincinnati La Salle, and Detroit Mumford, further solidifying their position as a formidable team.

With a regular-season record of 7-2, the Shamrocks entered the MHSAA playoffs and faced Novi in the first round. The team demonstrated their superiority, winning the game with a score of 49-22.

The season concluded with a challenging match against the Northville Mustangs at Tom Holzer Field. The game was fiercely contested, featuring numerous defensive stops. Unfortunately, the Shamrocks gave up the lead late in the fourth quarter and were unable to mount a comeback in time, resulting in a historic 17-24 loss to the Mustangs.
