Mere moments post Father Kauffman leading us in prayer, the 200 yd medley relay line up Jack Szuba, Roshi Turner, Paddy Gerzema, & Camren Turowski raced to a first place finish (1:41.80) posting the seasons first "state cut" qualifying time. The group of Thomas Collias, Adyn Stoddard, Marcus Vlad, & Sam York swam to a strong second place result (1:49.50).

Without delay, the trio of Jonah Barcelon, James Meiselbach, and Ryan Brown scored a one, two, three finish in the 200 yd freestyle (1:54.50, 1:58.97, & 1:59.69 respectively), with James recording a personal best time!

Our team's quarterback, Paddy Gerzema (2:06.32) paced Freshman Camren Turowski (2:10.17) to a one two finish in the 200 IM.

The nights sprint race did not disappoint with Jack Szuba (22.84) dueling Adyn Stoddard (23.97) for another one two finish.

Austin Doyle lead a stout Catholic Central diving effort (141.80 pts) placing first, second (Jack Fadool), & third (Michael Mallie).

Racing side by side again, Paddy (1st. 55.88) touched out Camren (2nd. 56.24) in the 100 fly.

The swim of the night saw Noah Jorgensen break 1 minute in the 100 freestyle posting a 59.79 sec time, with Jack Szuba recording his second victory (49.98) while Roshi, and Sam finished second and third. Congratulations Noah!

Let the real fun begin, our hardy distance crew of Jonah (5:19.54), Ryan, Peter Dombkowski, and Drew Abbott took top honors in the 500 freestyle!

Leading off the 200 freestyle relay, Camren posted the team's second state qualifying time with his split time of 22.48 seconds. The effort motivated Paddy, Jack, and Jonah to victory (1:33.76). The team of Yechiel Gutierrrez-Diaz, James Wigton, Xavier Ladasz, & Noah finished second posting a 1:55.84 second time.

The third state cut time of the event was posted by Roshi in the 100 yd backstroke with his 1st place finishing 55.41sec time. Freshman James Meiselbach raced to a strong third place.

Separated by just 0.01 seconds, Peter (1:6.88 personal best time) touched out Adyn in an outstanding 100 breastroke race.

Concluding the evening's schedule, Marcus, Adyn, Liam Finn, and James Meiselbach scored first place points in the 400 freestyle relay (3:53.44)
