1961 BASKETBALL TEAM
Catholic Central's first official MHSAA State Q%arnpicnship ream, the 1951 Basketball team also won the Catholic HW7 School League (CHSL) Charnpicri±lip and hnished the year with a record of 20-1. Coached by CC Hall of Fame Coach Bill Foley '42, the team was led by All-State players Eill Dovms and John Goetz and All-City honoree Brian Metter.
