BIOGRAPHY

ANDY DILLON '80


A running legend, Andy Dillon in both Cross Country and Track & Field. He ran varsity Cross Country for three seasons and earned All-City honors in 1978 & 1979 md All-State and team Most Valuable Runner in 1979. As a senior in 1979, he led the Cross Country team to the City Championship and CCs first ever Cross Country State Regional Championship. A four year letterman in Track, Andy holds three school Track records: 1600 M, 3200 M, and the Distance Medley and earned All-State honors in the 3200M in 1980. Andy received a Scholarship to the Univesity of Notre Dame where he earned 8 letters, 4 in Cross Country and 4 in Track & Field. As a Senior, he was voted Captain of the Cross Country Team and earned Team MVP. Andy earned degrees in both & Acounting and Law from Notre Dame before entering Michigan politics.
