BIOGRAPHY
FRED LAUCK '61
One of the toughest men to ever walk the halls CC, Fred Lauck was a Football player, Wrestler, Baseball player and Boxer with extraordinary talents.
Fred especially excelled on the gridiron, where he played three years of Varsity Football and Co-Captained the 1960 team to the CHSL Championship while earning All-League and All-State honors.
Fred was the School's boxing championship in 1959 and the first athlete to ever earn a letter in the new sport of Wrestling in 1960. Fred also played Baseball all four years at CC.
Fred received a Football Scholarship to the University of Detroit, and won the Gus Dorais Award as the team MVP.
