1978 WRESTLING TEAM STATE CHAMPION
The 1978 Shamrock Wrestling Team earned CC, and legendary Coach Mike Rodriguez, their fifth Class A State Championship and earned Coach Rod "Coach of the Year" honors. team was led by senior State Champion Nemir Nadhir, who finished the year a perfect 42-0 and freshman Marty Moran, the first ever CC freshman to win a State Championship.
