BIOGRAPHY
TERRY MALONE '78
A star on both the football field and the basketball court for the Shamrocks, it was football that became Terry Malone's vocation. Terry was a captain of the 1977 Shamrocks as a senior tight end while earning All-Catholic and All-State recognition. Upon graduation, Terry earned a football scholarship to Holy Cross University. At Holy Cross, Terry lettered for four seasons while also serving the Crusaders as captain his senior year. After graduation, Terry embarked on a life-long journey into coaching beginning at the University of Arizona and continuing to the present at Western Michigan University. Along the way, Terry coached at the University of Michigan, helping lead the Wolverines to the 1997 National Championship and the New Orleans Saints to the 2009 Super Bowl Championship.
